"Bihar Cricket Association(BCA) has been established in Bihar to develop the infrastructure for young generation to give their best effort for the nation in the 'world of cricket'".The above line at the official BCA website is enough to surprise anyone who knows about this Association and its style of functioning. Surprisingly, no one knows its contribution to the world of cricket , except the BCA officials.
Once you go to the BCA Website, http://biharcricketassociation.org/, you won't notice anything else other than Hon. Lalu Prasad Yadav in almost every pictures flashed at its home page.
I tried to go deep into it but as expected no other links given at the home page worked. But the funniest part was under 'Latest Activities' column, which was talking about some tournaments held in 2009.
I am only feeling sorry for those innocent but equally talented players there who are working hard to go nowhere.
